This oil tank wagon consisted of a tanker mounted on a four-wheel chassis. The tanker had a flip-top dome casing on the top, bracing in two places around the tanker, mounted on an underframe.
The model tanker was slightly larger in the early production, being a smaller size later on. It was the same mold as used in the B.P. tank and UD tank wagons in the range.
Some were painted yellow with red stencilled lettering of Shell, the oil company. Others were black, with white stencilled letters. The chassis was bronze coloured.
Additional detail included a molded hand brake on the chassis.
