This model wagon was based on the classic 7 plank open wagon, with metal frame and reinforcement from steel stanchions, and a side door in the middle of the wagon, used for unloading goods, often for coal. This body was mounted on a four-wheel steel chassis.
Unlike most of the model wagons, the whole wagon was die cast in the white metal alloy zamak, with two pairs of flanged wheels.
The model was painted in light grey with the supporting stanchions usually lined in black. In some cases, this lining appeared in red.

Detail on the body showed the wooden planks, reinforced by steel stanchions, and side door flaps in the middle. The chassis had molded axle boxes and leaf springs suspension above them. In the middle of the chassis was the V-hanger, associated with the brake. Some were cast with the V-hanger having push-rods on each side.
They were sold in pairs.
